Can I order by phone or mail?

We would prefer you make all orders directly on our website.

Can I make custom made orders?

You can make custom made orders of our existing designs in solid gold.

How much will my shipping charges be?

Shipping charges will vary depending on the country of delivery. As you check out your shipping charges will be added to your cart after you include your address.

How do I track my order?

Once your package is dispatched, Aramex will send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number for your order which you can use on the Aramex website to find out where your package is at every moment.

What happens if the item that I order is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will refund you immediately.
Please note that all items (out of stock) will be marked clearly on the product pages.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship locally and internationally to all countries

How long does it take for my order to be processed and dispatched?

The order will take 2 to 3 working days from the day you make your order for it to be processed and dispatched to Aramex.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location the order should take from 2 to 7 working days to arrive to your door, Delays may occur with international orders due to customers and boarder clearances, but you will be able to track all of that through Aramex.

If the item I ordered arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that your item happens to be damaged when delivered, we ask you to contacts us as soon as possible. We will kindly request an image of the damaged product for our records and will ask you to ship it back to us. Once we have received and checked the product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

What are the sizes of the pieces?

The size of each piece will be mentioned in the description on each product page.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

After check-out, you will receive a confirmation email from us that indicates your order has been correctly placed.

How do I know my order is dispatched?

Once, your order has been invoiced, you will receive an email confirming your order is ready to be dispatched. Aramex will then send you a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number for your order.

I have not received a confirmation email, why?

Firstly, please make sure it has not been sent to your junk folder. However, if for any reason you have not received a confirmation email, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Can you please gift wrap my items?

All of our pieces are packaged in a form of a present.

Why did I receive and invoice from Aramex, if I already paid for the items?

For orders placed internationally, customs duties may apply. These are taxes charged by different countries for importing products across their borders. We are unable to provide an estimate of the costs, as every country differs. Aramex will therefore invoice these fees to the customer who will need to pay for them in order to receive the items.

I sent an item back for a refund, but I still do not see credit in my account?

We issue refunds within two days of the arrival of the item. However, your bank may take a few days to credit your account. Usually this requires three working days, but this varies depending on the bank and their policies. It is a process beyond our control.
For reassurance, you may contact us to confirm we have issued a refund.

Do you offer other options for delivery?

Our customer satisfaction is a priority. Therefore, we ship with Aramex as it is a leading courier worldwide and offers a trusted and effective service.

Is shipping inside Egypt free?

Yes all orders made inside egypt will be free of charge for shipping door to door.
